Roshan Rameshrao Adhau is a highly skilled Senior Program Manager & FPO Incharge with extensive experience in rural development and livelihoods. His role involves implementing FPO-related projects as per the Annual Work Plan (AWP), coordinating project activities such as event planning, participant management, materials preparation, and tracking. He facilitates the formation of groups, supports bank linkages, KCC, custom hiring centers, and market linkages, ensuring timely project delivery within scope and budget.

He holds a BSc in Agriculture (2013) and has achieved significant milestones, including the implementation of seed production and processing activities on 3,000 acres with 1,000 farmers, the sale of 2 lakh quintals of farm produce for better price realization, and the establishment of a seed processing plant with Rs. 1 crore from the Maharashtra government. He also secured Rs. 3 crore for rural godowns and a cotton ginning unit under the SMART project.

With 11 years of experience, he has worked in roles ranging from District Project Consultant for MAVIM to Program Manager with Tata Trusts and Agriculture Marketing Officer for the CAIM project. His expertise spans agriculture, marketing, livestock development, institution building, and women’s empowerment. Outside work, he enjoys playing cricket.
