Rajdip Mitra is a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience, currently serving as Senior Manager – Project Control. His primary responsibilities involve process optimization and CRM implementation. He holds an MBA (2011) and has demonstrated a consistent ability to enhance organizational efficiency, especially within the realm of Management Information Systems (MIS) and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).
Throughout his career, he has contributed significantly to the NGO sector, with 14 years dedicated to this field. At Don Bosco Tech, he led the MIS and M&E team across India, managing over 27 projects involving both CSR and government initiatives. His duties included donor reporting, meeting deadlines, and creating guidelines in line with MoUs. His commitment to quality extended to conducting mid-batch assessments, batch reviews, and post-placement surveys, along with training the field staff.
Following his impactful tenure at Don Bosco, he joined PanIIT as an MIS and M&E Manager, where he streamlined MIS processes across multiple centers.
