She holds an M.Sc. and B.Ed. (2008) and is CTET qualified. She earned a Diploma in Instructional Design from Henry Harvin in 2022. Recognized as a high performer, she has received accolades like Employee of the Year and Star Performer for her exceptional contributions in previous roles.

With significant experience in instructional design and content editing, she has developed educational materials for K-12 students and competitive exams like NEET. At MTG Learning Media, she curated assessments &  articles for Biology Today, managed study resources. Her roles at Sterling Pixels and MBD Alchemie included scripting and storyboarding, working closely with animation teams to produce interactive e-learning modules. Freelance work with Oswal Books & other publishers further refined her lesson planning and proofreading expertise. She values continuous learning and stays updated with the latest tools, expressing her creativity through poetry in her free time.
