Krishanu Bhattacharyya is currently serving as a Project Coordinator in our CASC vertical. In this role, he focuses on educating youth, especially college and school children, about climate change and preparedness. He organizes various workshops, seminars, and camps to raise awareness and foster environmental consciousness. Additionally, he is dedicated to creating green entrepreneurs among college students, empowering them to contribute to sustainable development.

Krishanu holds an M.A. in History from Jadavpur University, earned in 2021. His notable achievements include running four free schools and computer training centers for 250 children in the tribal-dominated area of Bankura over the past four years. This initiative has significantly impacted the education and skills development of these children.

Before his current role, Krishanu managed a voluntary organization in Bankura for five years, demonstrating his commitment to social causes and community development. His hobbies reflect his passion for social work; he enjoys exploring common lifestyles and living like the people he serves. His dedication to working for the betterment of backward children is both his passion and his hobby.
