Barun Mandal is a dedicated Project Coordinator specializing in the DRE  initiative. Currently pursuing his graduation, which will be completed in 2024, he has already made a significant impact in his role. His achievements include increasing the annual income of over 250 farmers by 10%, delivering more than 100 training sessions to farmer communities, and adding 200+ members to Self-Help Groups (SHGs).

With 2.5 years of professional experience, he brings a hands-on approach to empowering rural communities and improving their livelihoods. His efforts reflect a deep commitment to sustainable development and farmer welfare.

Outside of work, he enjoys riding and dancing, showcasing his energetic and dynamic personality both professionally and personally.
