
Amrita Chanda brings a rich blend of academic rigor and field experience to her role as Assistant Project Manager. She plays a pivotal role in content development, cohort management and part of Catalyzing Ecosystem Team. She holds a Master of Social Work in Human Resource Development & Management from Christ University (2018) and a Master of Social Policy from the University of Melbourne (2020), which together provide her with a deep understanding of social systems and policy frameworks.
Her professional journey includes impactful contributions as a Consultant for Disability and Gender at Sruti Disability Rights Centre and as a Sociology and Policy Researcher at Padpradarshi Foundation. Her dedication to inclusive development is reflected in her publications, notably in IGI Global and Varta Trust, where she explored themes like affordable childcare and disability-inclusive employment. Recognized for her academic excellence with the Meritorious Students Award at Christ University and certified by UC Louvain on communicating corporate social responsibility, she continues to integrate evidence-based approaches into her work.
Outside of her professional sphere, she enjoys traveling and expressing her creativity through art. Her multidimensional expertise & passion for social impact make her a valuable contributor to our mission.
