Amit Raj Deep is currently serving as the MEL Manager in our Project Control Team. He holds master’s degrees in Business Administration and Social Work from Pune University, obtained in 2005 and an MBA in Human Resources. In his role, he ensures successful project management by designing and implementing robust systems for data collection, performance tracking, impact assessment. His dedication to fostering continuous improvement is evident through his strategic planning, data analysis & promotion of a culture of learning.

With over 18 years of experience in the development sector, Amit has gained extensive expertise in fields such as Child Protection, Health, Education, Disaster Management, Climate Change Adaptation and Anti-Trafficking initiatives. He has worked with NGOs, INGOs, UNDP & the Government of Jharkhand. His primary expertise lies in the Monitoring and Evaluation of programs and Project Cycle Management. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with family and friends, exploring new places & creating unforgettable memories.
