Aditi Kundu currently serves as the Research Manager at the SwitchON Foundation. In 2022, she earned her doctorate degree in Population Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Her academic journey includes the prestigious University Grants Commission Junior Research Fellowship/Senior Research Fellowship in 2016.

She was a Qualitative Researcher at Outline India, Gurgaon, showcasing her expertise in qualitative research methodologies. Her association with IIT Madras, Chennai, as a Research Associate, and her tenure as a Senior Research Fellow at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, underscore her diverse and extensive research experience.
