Somedip Chatterjee serves as the Senior Project Coordinator and thematic expert for the CRA (Climate-Resilient Agriculture) programme. He oversees all CRA-related activities across West Bengal and Odisha, including training, preparation of training materials, conducting and documenting trials and research, audit coordination, cluster mapping, market linkage development, field monitoring, and capacity building. His expertise ensures the seamless execution of CRA initiatives, driving sustainable agriculture practices and community empowerment.

He holds an M.Sc. (Ag) in Agronomy, complementing his role with a strong academic background. His prior experience includes a three-month internship in digital marketing at Geolife Agritech Private Limited, Mumbai, and serving as a Senior Project Officer at BAIF. At BAIF, he was instrumental in implementing livelihood enhancement projects for small and marginal farmers in collaboration with the District Horticulture Department, Keonjhar, Odisha.
